Registration at Villa Musica is a TWO STEP process – please read carefully.

1.   Register for a class/individual lessons so we know you’re coming!


2.   Payment

All new students pay a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $25

 

PLEASE REGISTER FOR THE CLASS OF YOUR CHOICE – this lets us know you intend to come to a class or individual lessons. The registration arrives at Villa Musica in email form and your private information will not be used for any other purpose and will not be sold to a third party! If you skip this process and just pay we may not know of your intention to attend. If you don’t tell us you’re coming we may not run a class due to low enrollment.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

 

In Person - Drop by Villa Musica, fill in a registration form and pay via cash, check or credit card.

 

By Mail - Send us a check to the address at the bottom of this screen.

 

On Line - Fill in the form below and we will create an invoice for you with a SECURE link where you can enter your credit card information. To request more information please contact billing@villamusica.org.

 

Individual lessons are paid for on a monthly basis – a 5% discount will be offered if you pay for 6 months in advance. 10% for signing up for a full year. Semester classes can also be paid for on a recurring billing cycle. So you only need to sign up once! The same discounts apply for semester classes.

 

 

DISCOUNTS

 

Family Discount
Villa Musica is happy to offer a family discount to all students (adults and children) in your immediate family over and above the first registration. A 5% discount applies to any member of your family who enrolls in a group class or ensemble. Sorry, this does not apply to private lessons.

 

Private Lesson Group Class Incentive
All private students are eligible to enroll in one group class per semester at a 25% discount.

 

Commitment Discount
A 5% discount will be offered if you pay for 6 months in advance. 10% for paying for a full year

 

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

 

Group Classes
Cancellations must be submitted by sending an email to admin@villamusica.org Full refunds will be processed if received before the semester begins minus a $10 processing fee. Later cancellations will receive a pro-rated refund minus the $10 processing fee

 

Individual Lessons
Individual lesson cancellation requires 30 days written notice by email to admin@villamusica.org.

 

Our New Semester System
Villa Musica acknowledges that our new semester system may present a financial strain on some families as they endeavor to pay for 16 weeks at a time. We are pleased to break up the group class fees into two payments upon request. If you wish to pay in two installments per semester please make a note in the comments field of your registration.
