With the help of Heather Chisholm-Chait, our donors and the greater San Diego Community - we welcome you to our new home! Located in Sorrento Valley - Villa Musica's new facility is 4,415 square feet encompassing 6 music studios of varying sizes and a small recital hall, which comfortably seats 50-55 people. We also have a kitchen (large enough for meetings and receptions) and a lobby where you can wait, read, use our wi-fi or just relax.



The recital studio and practice rooms are available for rent at the following rates:

The Chisholm-Chait Recital Studio (complete with grand piano): $60 per hour (3 hour minimum)
Practice Rooms: $10 per hour
To rent the entire facility for a day (Sundays Only): $450.
